Electronic Theatre In-depth Review: NERF N-Strike

The game itself plays as a combination of on-rails shooting as in any traditional Arcade Light-Gun title, and a Point Blank style collection of Mini-Games. The Mission Mode features an interesting introduction for what could otherwise easily be thought of as disposable videogaming. The player is put straight into the action, blasting robots along corridors – and upon depletion of their shield is informed with a pleasantly stylised Cut-Scene that this was in fact a game at a local Arcade, before being flung into the real adventure.
