You could argue that the latest release from Katamari Damacy creator Keita Takahashi is not high profile enough, and indeed, perhaps even not enough of a game to be our choice of Game of the Week… but you'd be wrong.
Katamari Damacy began life as a quirky Japan and North American only PS2 release. Four sequels later and with appearances on PSP, Xbox 360 and mobile phone now under its belt (as well as an upcoming themed block puzzler on WiiWare), the series is fighting for mainstream recognition. Which is perhaps why Takahashi walked away from it.
He admits that he took charge of the sequel simply because he didn't want anyone else to ruin his vision. The result, PS2 title We Love Katamari, was arguably the best in the series. But subsequent releases, whilst being decent games undoubtedly, have lacked that Takahashi flair. That's certainly not something that can be said of Noby Noby Boy.
