ButtonMasher are reporting that a press release announcing a free Halo Wars game with the purchase of an Xbox 360 console all but confirms the limited edition red console that has been strongly rumoured to release with Resident Evil 5.
The press release mentions a "Red Xbox 360 Elite console which is exclusive to EB games" (GameStop in the USA).
Stores contacted in New Zealand believe that the console will be sold as a limited edition bundled with Resident Evil 5, and available from the game's scheduled release date of Friday 13 March.
