Not exactly getting the same number of games as my PS3, but I don't really wanna play a hand held when I can play my PS3 on a 46" 1080p Samsung and 7.1 surround sound. Besides the PSP is also a PS1, N64, GBA, NES, SNES, SEGA, and probably more.
So start f**king supporting the PSP. I can't believe how new releases have dried up for the PSP. We're not even getting a flood of the good PSOne titles!
I hope that a new Psp is coming, cause looking at recent releases, there hasn't been much for the current Psp.
When I was looking at the last issue of GI, I noticed in the area where they show past review scores, the Psp had the same amount of games listed as the Ps2 does. Which was about 8. Usually when this happens in the GI magazine, it indicates a console is about to die.
No one has announced that they stopped supporting the Psp, so it may just be a slow period for them.
Actually i'm happy that PSP software/ hardware sales are practically dead, atleast where I am in Australia. Good Software is cheap! Picked up the warriors (yes it was released on the PSP) for $15AU! Any quality DS games (not featuring mario or someother gimmick) for that cheap? And the new releases sell cheap aswell MIDnight club LA $40! Heres to the PSPs (and sonys) long and painful death!
Thank goodness i couldn't deal with another console release at the moment. Portable or otherwise. Having every system available (PS3-XBOX360-WII-DS-PSP) is enough.
I wasnt expecting to see a new PSP any time soon, but ill gladly add a new killzone title to my library as it is wihout a doubt one of the best PSP games to date.
Killzone Liberation, Patapon, FF:Crisis Core etc.. Top games, just a shame there arent alot more.
Takes care of all my "gaming on the go" needs.

Didn't Sony confirm this just recently?
