While there are a few hiccups with the translation, LifeSigns offers a solid fifteen hours of storytelling for your $40. Worth checking out if you're looking for something a bit different on your DS. Lastly, parents - despite the PG rating, this is a fairly graphic game. The operations aren't sugarcoated, and the entire experience is loaded with adult themes and sexual innuendo. 7/10
