Game Consoles Driving Consumer Adoption of Home Networking-Enabled Products

Market research firm In-Stat recently revealed a new report that examines the worldwide market for home networking-enabled products.

The report findings indicted that although only a few home network users have a fixed connection in place between their consumer electronics (CE) devices and their home networks, those that do often decide to connect their game console.

Based on this surprising finding, In-Stat (News - Alert) believes that as more electronics devices are unveiled on the market, Blu-ray DVD players/ recorders will further drive CE network client growth. (PC, Tech)
