Moms become pro-gamers at video game boot camp

Rosemary Black writes: "When it comes to video games, mother doesn't always know best.

While their kids may spend more than six hours a day playing video games – most moms can't wrangle the Wiimote and Nunchuk to knock out an opponent in Wii Boxing.

And they haven't a clue how to manipulate the up-and-down arrows to help Mario defeat arch enemy Bowser in Super Mario Galaxy.

But that changed on Tuesday for eight moms who braved a snowstorm to attend the second annual PlaySavvy.com video game boot camp at AOL's headquarters in Manhattan."
