I've got this feeling LA Noire will be multi platform as well, meaning the PS3 exclusive must be something we don't know of.
Regardless, this title is definitely not a looker, looks like a high resolution version of Red Dead Revolver, but that could easily change, and hopefully will.
I wonder how it plays though... similar or something new.

A concept video was shown at Sony's E3 2005 conference, but that was about it. We haven't heard anything about it since then.

IGN are slow at getting news on their you fool. I've seen stories on IGN a week after i saw it on another site. And why would it be PS3 only?
It's an open-world game, like GTA IV, you can't expect Gears of War 2 or Killzone 2 type graphics.
I dont know why people are complaining about the graphics? this isnt killzone 2. They didnt say this game was going to have groundbreaking graphics.
Plus rockstar never really go for he "graphics" thing.

Finally a spiritual successor to GUN. I've been waiting for another open world Western game since the Gamecube days. GUN was great, in my opinion, and I've never played Red Dead Revolver, but hopefully this will be great. I know it looks great.
The horse model looks very good, all the muscles are correct.
And for people who think this looks ugly, it looks by no means less good then any other sandbox game out there.
This game features large stretched area with village's and other objects that fill the land.
Hopefully it doesnt suck like Red Dead Revolver and Gun did!
Looked so much better than this one (at least on PC, never played on 360) and it was actually an awesome game with a few hitches.

i LOVE unique open world games. can't to explore the prairie. and it looks pretty to me, i dont know why people are complaining about the graphics.
The horse in particular looks really bad, and the game needs some anistropic filtering.
I don't think Sony has an exclusive Rockstar game like they said when it was announced GTA would now be multiplatform.
And nothing was ever showed.
New game announcements for the sony platform occur here and there, but the rumors are usually 95 % false.
Since Rockstar makes all their games multi, why would they even consider making one exclusive, what would the point be if all the others are multi ?
Remember its multi-platform, so thats 7gb tops. Just stating facts here, no fanboy comments!
I've been going through a western phase lately, I just watched 3 seasons of Deadwoon (brilliant show for those who've never seen it), some Clint Eastwoods, OK Coral as well as some modern classics like Tombstone. I've even been thinking about control schemes for real rapid fire, snap shooting, Like in Fist full of Dollars. Man Clint was quick.
Wish they woulda renewed it, have George Hearst come back into Deadwood.

different pictures than me, because those pics look pretty decent. They are some of the nicest horse models I have seen. If you can find better please post a link. These are also probably alpha build or earlier anyway, and if they look like this now, I cannot wait for fall 2009. Most western games are lame, but this being built on the RAGE engine and being a big open world makes it awesome.
