Fallout 3 has two other story DLC expansions in the works and Grand Theft Auto IV and Prince of Persia will also receive additional story content in the month of February.

Bad if you're not getting them...
Good if you are...
I'll say it. I, for one don't care about this DLC. Yes, I have a PS3. And yes, I am aware that this is 360 exclusive DLC, but in all honesty, there's really no reason for me to go crazy over it. It's not that I'm a PS3 fanboy (I'm not. Just read my blog), but I guess I really don't care all that much about the story in GTAIV. I know that "The Lost and Damned" is an entirely different story without Nico Bellic, but that's really all it is, and as I've mentioned before, I don't care all that much about the game's story. In an open city with few limitations, the only DLC I'd go crazy over would have to be an addition of more cheats, or maybe if they brought the Katana back.
