In the end, though, Big Bang Mini resides in puzzle game no-man's land. The levels are either too easy or too tough. The controls, while simple, aren't particularly fun. Worst, the gameplay's just not that addictive. Addictive gameplay is the essence of a great puzzle game. Big Bang Mini is not a great puzzle game. Competent, sure, but its hard to recommend the title even with the cheap price tag.
However, if you're into puzzle games, want something different and don't mind a baffling difficulty curve, you could do worse than Big Bang Mini. It's all about the Risk/Reward.
