Neocrisis: When I first saw gameplay trailers of Assassin's Creed, I damn near juiced myself. Imagine--massive cities where damn near EVERYTHING can be jumped on, scaled, or navigated over in some other way. When I first played it, I wasn't disappointed. Well, that's not entirely true. Aside from the freerunning aspects and the actual assassinations (of which there aren't many,) I was largely disappointed by Assassin's Creed.
