Researchers look to shield millimeter wave systems

Researchers in Japan have found an effective and inexpensive way to shield sensitive electronics-and, potentially, people-from extremely high frequency (EHF) electromagnetic radiation. EHF frequencies from 30GHz to 300GHz are slated for increasingly heavy use in communications. Current shielding techniques are not generally designed to block them.
