I remember they reviewed HAZE in NOVEMBER and gave it 4 stars out of 5, the only problem is that it didn't come out till the END OF MAY.

here's a couple of links to prove my BS...

they did this kind of crap with the newest Black Crows Cd as well (please read this, it explains a lot).

^^ If they did receive the game (Haze) earlier, it must have been an unfinished copy. And they gave THAT a 90%? lol.

So did they give it a 4.5 or a 4? Either score is wayyy too much for that game. Maxim certainly isn't a trust worthy source for gaming.

So basically what he’s saying is that since he actually reviewed it and is under embargo and can’t say what his thoughts are on it, the other two guys must not have even played KZ2. If they had, surely they would have been under the same embargo.

No, magazine editors, because magazines hit newsstands wau before release dates, are not under the same embargo rules. Maxim is a monthly publication. The February issue hit stands on January 13.

He tells us to wait till February 2 to wait for "his" review of the game. Lets see if the Microsoft check lasts him till then.

Damn Maxim, I feel betrayed for being featured in their front cover >=(
