By the title and character art alone this looks like it's based on the manga of the same name. One thing for sure is the characters are the same. However, the Famitsu photo is too blurry to make out any critical details about the gameplay or the developer. Hey, maybe .hack//Link is CyberConnect2's mysterious project.
