New gameplay video of Infamous.
Looking good, im liking the way he jumps outta danger LOL @ the end. The guy playing spammed the nades at the end to show there is no slow down?
I know! That was a lot of explosions!
I had a feeling that this game was going to be boring also, and it's still there a little, but I think it's because I have no clue about the story and the only people I see him fight are the same red hooded thugs. This and Prototype have really caught my attention; however and I will be sure to check both game out. Prototype seems like it's going to be like going on a killing spree in GTA, fun but wears off after a while. I hope both game show more story as it's easing closer to their presumed release dates. edit @6 That the word I was looking for it looks repetitive based off everything they've shown so far. When they first showed it it look amazing, but now it's getting dull. Show us some boss fights, and that giant robot he fought on the bridge in the first trailer. I need more than just running around zapping some weak goons.
Some people on gametrailers were saying it was boring...but hey this is just a trailer of a bunch of game play. This will be a killer game!
The graphics look good.More clean and refined than the Killzone 2 graphics The final part of the vid was amazing. It looked like the 4th of July
I know this is just your opinion but I have to say that you're totally insane if you think this game looks better than KillZone 2!(graphically) You been kinda hating on KillZone 2 for some time now... Why?
comments i have ever read on n4g 'infamous graphics are more refined than killzone'....wow just wow
but that has to be THE most flat out false statement I've ever read here, and I've read a lot.
really don't get whats so great about it and this is a repost as well. i just don't get it.
Ok if the game does not interest you then please just stop commenting in it's news posts.
I'd have to agree with LarVanian You certainly have the right to post whatever you feel, but I just don't understand why you'd bother even clicking on the article let alone commenting on it. If you don't like it at this point of development cycle, it's not like it will be any better for you.
Oh my god it looks great for an open world game. Also, I don't know if I'm tired or what but I got Vertigo from those free falls from tall buildings, has that ever happened to you? First time it happens to me from a video of a game. Perhaps it's the extremely detailed graphics or I don't know but it was scary.
The gameplay and combat seems really repeative, and the graphics are horrendous. However the physics is bloody amazing! I think with some polish and some more interactive gameplay design, this may be one hell of a game.
This is just one sequence. He has various powers, interweaving storylines, and choices to make. I believe this is the title Spider-man fans have wanted for years. Honestly, Spider-man: Web of Shadows was fun for a bit. The combat system was intricate enough to enjoy for quite some time. However, the voice acting was terrible, the storyline itself was practically non-existent, and the AI was extremely predictable. It was fun though.
You guys obviously haven't seen all the videos. This game is going to blow minds.
lightning over over over over over over over...ill try this from gamefly...not wasting 60 on repetition.
this is the game... http://ps3.ign.com/dor/obje...
i think the games looking top notch.
Whoa. That looked fun! Can't wait for this and then Prototype. Crackdown 2, if you show your head this year, you've got a lot of work to do. I'm just a little bit worried by soundtrack, I noticed that none of the cars have radios or anything, nor does Cole speak. I assume theres going to be a dynamic soundtrack depending on what you do, ala Jak2, but I personally can't wait for the background sound effects for this, because it LOOKS good, but the city doesn't quite sound 'alive' yet if you know what I mean, Crackdown sounded alive and Prototype seems to have dramatic music. If you choose to disagree with me based on what I wrote just above, please reply underneath, its just something I've noticed that noone has latched onto yet.
Don't worry, I agree with your very valid point.
i usually disagree with myself as it makes it more interesting.
