IGN: Cuboid Review

And really, everyone should scoop this one up on a lark. IGN could sing its praises for ages, but there's no better endorsement they could give the game than to proudly state that they will be dropping ten of their own greenbacks down on the game when they get home just so they can show it off to friends and roommates. It really is a fantastic puzzler, and something IGN thinks belongs on every PS3. Yep, every one.

I just knew this looked great. The PS3 currently steals the spotlight with quality puzzlers on PSN especially the addition of Kula World as PSone download and Echochrome.

Right, now, Sony Japan meet Shift, you met back on the PS1.
XI, Devil Dice. Bombastic, whatever you call it; ONLINE.

(I think Capcom may have a stake in the IP of Devil Dice too, not sure, Bombastic was published by them)

CUBOID is an awesome game. I bought it last night and expected to just try it out for a minute, and ended up playing for a couple hours before going to sleep. Later on today, I had to play it for a couple more hours. There are only 66 levels in total, but some of them are very challenging mindbenders. If you want to get a Lightning and Gold rank on each level, you'll be playing this game for ages, wracking your brain and trying new things, but it's all highly possible and never discouraging. The trophies are do-able and fun as well (I have 94% trophies on this game at the moment, the only one I'm missing is a hidden trophy, which I looked up and it is for playing the game for a total of 8 hours, which I will have done sometime soon, I'm sure)

I still have BOMBASTIC for the PS2 and play it all the time. That is one of my top 5 all-time favorite puzzle games, and I'd LOVE to see a version of it made for the PSN with online play.

Heres hoping EU doesn't take to long for it, I would buy it within an instant.

I'm seriously suprised we haven't seen a PS3 PSN version of Devil Dice/Bombastic with online multuplayer and if it is ever made, then I will gladly play against you!
