Dell has launched a brace of new XPS laptops.

The Studio XPS 1340 and Studio XPS 1640 launched overnight at CES and fill a slot at the higher end of the market.

I'm the only one that agree with you. The people that disagreed dont know that you can have better deals at with higher end CPUs and graphics cards. Seriously what Dell is offering on this little article is completely overpriced and useless to a customizable DV5t laptop.

You can custom it with a 2.8gh dual core with a 9600 nvidia card plus other things that will make your friends, classmates or co-workers steal your laptop.

Why so many things in a laptop? Are you planning on using it for gaming or edit photos? Because that's a bad I idea. Most screen of laptops have bad contrast, batteries don't last long, and are pretty heavy.

In my opinion laptops are more for casual work... It is better to buy cheap laptops.

I travel a lot around the state of TX or around the coast for family and friends and whatever else. I have a decent rig at my place but now i just use it for storage. I think it has 2TB. I have a tx2500z for college crap and gaming.

All the consoles are in my living room.

The brightview infinity display screen upgrade for some laptops on helps. I bought a DV5t fully upgraded for my girl. It looks great and owns my tablet.
