When it comes down to it, Dora the Explorer: Dora Saves the Snow Princess is a game intended for preschoolers, and in that it's a decent effort. This title is meant for the youngest of gamers, so it's not recommended for anyone over the age of six. The main problem is the game's limited content, which will probably be completed in less time than a single episode of the show. Would your preschooler enjoy this game? If they enjoy the show, then yeah, they probably will – as long as it lasts - but because it is so short, you might get more for your money out of a few episodes on DVD.

Dora the Explorer: Dora Saves the Snow Princess is obviously based on the Dora the Explorer kids TV show. In this Dora Adventure Dora along with her monkey sidekick, Boots are wandering through a mysterious icy landscape to save the Snow Princess who after finding a gem and smiling into it to bring snow to the forest, was captured by an evil witch who wants the snow to melt. Is this game perfect for Dora fans?

This game is right on target for preschoolers. The repetitiveness is exactly what they like. The levels are fun and have lots of action. Kids will have great fun flipping Dora around when she is jumping or sliding in the air. There could be improvements, but what is present is good. The price is a little high for the type of game it is ($35-$40), but if parents want a Wii game for the little ones for Christmas, they can't go wrong with either Dora or Diego.
