This mount is Bind to Account, so can be used by all characters on the one account, not just one character like other mounts.
The Polar Bear features a Murloc sitting astride its neck waving a BlizzCon flag. These mounts were originally given exclusively to BlizzCon attendees, or people that paid to view the event on TV.
