Archon Developing Return Strategy

Originally released in 1983 on the Commodore 64, Archon was a pre-cursor to Battle Chess where your game pieces had to actually fight it out for control of a square. The game received a sequel the same year and was ported to the Apple II, PCs, and the NES. Today Myriad Interactive, an investment company focusing on the videogame industry, announced a licensing deal with Archon's creator Free Fall Games to resurrect the game for modern platforms.
