Red Alert 3 Expansion "Uprising"?

Rumors are spreading that EA are busy developing an expansion to their recently released Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 title known as "Uprising". However when asked to comment on this rumor they had something rather odd and interesting to say. (Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, PC, Xbox 360)
