Gamespot gives a complete overview of the brand new operating system Windows Vista. Many aspect is demonstrated and explained such as the different versions, the performance for applications/games and the reinforced security system.
The best thing I've seen for Vista is the ability to use your USB thumb drive to boost your computers memory. You'll see the most increase in performance on 512mb and 1gig machines. I also love how the new Aero desktop interface takes almost no performance away from your game applications.
wait, so flash drives I use for files will now boost the performance?? that doesn't make sense, that memory is like the hard drive
yea i'm really impressed about that! I had to look twice the graph to realise the actual performance gain :o
