PALGN writes: "Good morning (afternoon, or evening) loyal readers, and thank you for tuning in to the second round of PALGN's daily coverage from the International Digital Entertainment Festival. Today's highlights from eGames include a fiery retreat, a Spicks and Specks-style gaming trivia showdown, and a date with the Helghast. For all that and more, read on for our rundown of today's activities.
The doors opened today at 10am sharp to the delight of waiting gamers, cosplayers, families and Master Chiefs. A larger crowd than yesterday trooped through the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, undoubtedly spurred on by the weekend bliss. Visitors were treated to a wealth of video games publishers displaying their latest and greatest wares, in addition to numerous competitions, demonstrations and show specials.
Upon entering the show, you can catch sight the colourful Ubisoft booth, displaying games such as Far Cry 2, Shaun White Snowboarding, Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party and the as-yet unreleased Prince of Persia. The promise of free Prince of Persia and Far Cry posters kept many interested, while the weird array of noises reverberating from Rayman and the crew entertained."
