GamingTrend: "It's tough to write reviews for games that aren't terrible, but fall just short of being really good. If Crash had loosened up the open-world gameplay a bit and fixed the horrible camera system, this could have been another excellent PS2 platformer. Crash Bandicoot might have gone a ways in actually earning my respect as a legitimate console mascot. As it stands, however, the game succeeds in being just above average. The controls are tight, the combat is mostly fun, and the cutscenes are worth a play through to see. On the other hand, the frustratingly limited camera, uninspired graphics, and occasionally tedious backtracking all conspire to bring the game down a few notches. Despite a valiant effort, Crash Bandicoot will have to remain a B-list mascot in the world of video games for now."
Lex: How about let’s take a trip back to memory lane and see what were the best main Crash games.
Crash 3 Warped, and 2 are my favs for the main games
Crash Team Racing is amazing and Crash Bash is fun
Twinsanity And Ctr are my favorites (And still playing CTR from time to time). Not the biggest fan of the first 3 games,. Not that they are bad, But I rather play something like rayman legends or mario. They often have better precision to the platforming, and 60 fps has a lot to do with it. Also easier to get a sense of speed with those games while crash is a bit limited with his abilites.
Missed heaps of games including Crash Purple on GBA, Racing titles, Crash Bash and Crash Boom Bang on DS
2014 has seen renewed requests from gamers to bring back the once loved platforming icon, Crash Bandicoot, and A Pixelated View wants to find out why.
Last good game for me was Twinsanity
The music and gameplay was fantastic...plus Cortex in that game was hilarious
"It's true...blondes do have more fun"

GamesAsylum rounds up the best deals on the Xbox 'Games on Demand' service
Oh dear these prices are awful, and that on offer?
Steam has the right idea when it comes to sales, these are old games
They aren't on offer. These are the usual prices which are vastly cheaper than buying these games at retail.
