Any games can be GOTY... And funnily enough, 50 different websites will give you 50 different GOTY.

WTF? MGS4 will have MANY nominations for GOTY. I think GTA4 will too. The reason so many autumn/winter games are considered for GOTY is because more games are released around this time.
