Mirror's Edge Sub-Plot Mystery Revealed: Where is November?

GCHD has posted breaking news regarding new storyline details for Mirror's Edge. Scattered throughout the world are numerous hidden messages, that when linked together, tell the story of underground society known only as "November". EA DICE revealed to GCHD that dozens of signs are waiting to be discovered, though many of the locations are still unknown. The linked article shows two examples of what to expect.
Could it be that the storyline in Mirror's Edge isn't as lackluster as we thought? (Mirror's Edge, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

How many?
Nice find. How many are there in the game to find? Just curious, and how easy will it be to string together clues so they make sense? Should be interesting to see what's out there for sure.
