Pit Crew Panic is probably every gaming nerd's dream come true. Basically, players watch cute little booth babes clean their toilet. How this insane game ever escaped Japan, IGN will never know. But Hudson is delivering it to WiiWare in North America, so they might as well prepare themselves. The publisher describes it as an "action panic" game.
