The basic setup in Rise of the Argonauts put player in control of Jason who recruits famous companions from Greek mythology such as Atalanta and Hercules to sail around the game world on his ship, the Argo. Recently rattled by the death of his fiancé, Jason seeks the Golden Fleece as a method of brining her back to life. Alongside a range of combos utilizing sword, shield, spear, and mace he'll cut up and crush his enemies and can call on the power of the gods to unleash special attacks.
