Gears of War 2 and Tom Clancy's EndWar are Region Free

The Videogamesplus Team has tested Gears of War 2 and Gears of War 2 Limited Edition and confirmed that they are both region free (the bonus disc that comes with the Limited Edition isn't though).

Also, turns out that Tom Clancy's EndWar is also region free. (Gears of War 2, Tom Clancy’s EndWar, Xbox 360)
