Graphics gets a 8 at most...

overall this game i s just average..and it's not for everyone ..

Fox013327d ago

Play the game first, then talk later, oh yeah... you don't own a 360, then stfu.

I tried out the demo, the graphics are very good, but it's just not my kind of game.

No Way3327d ago

Graphics a 10? Yes.

I bet you think it's not a 10 cause it doesn't look life-like like Killzone 2 or Uncharted.. The art style is not life-like so it can't receive a 10 in graphics? Get over it, bro.

The graphics are very good for the art style.

Fox013327d ago (Edited 3327d ago )

If LBP could score a 10 (doesn't look as good as Uncharted, MGS IV or KZ 2) in the graphics department, I don't see why this game shouldn't.

season0073327d ago

but people comparing it with resistance 2?

It's gotta be the joke of the day

lowcarb3327d ago

"overall this game i s just average..and it's not for everyone .. "
And the same could be said about the way overratted LBP. At least Banjo's an actually game and not just a 2d piece of crap where really the only fun comes in for those that like to make levels. SUre this has nothing to do with it but you should think before you talk sometimes. LBP will end up like the Wii just sitting there.

It's an art STYLE. Like Okami, de Blob, World of Goo, Pixeljunk, Fat Princess, fl0wer, echochrome, Castle Crashers, Tales of, or Geometry Wars. You don't need to have lifelike graphics in order to receive top marks.

But I guess you wouldn't understand that.

I heard this game doesn't have platforming

Maxned3327d ago

Screw IGN UK.
This is like the 3rd or 4th 9/10 ive seen so far out of around 7 reviews.

I heard that the lady that is your avatar doesn't know where Russia is, and she's the governor of Alaska..

Yoma3327d ago

tatotiburon3327d ago

great review, this game is going to be amazing

Pennywise3327d ago

lol... I just spit my drink all over. Thanks for the laugh

tatotiburon3327d ago

hahaha yes i know, i owe you that, 'cause everytime you call resistance 2 a AAA game, man i laugh almost to cry haha

Pennywise3327d ago

I've never called anything AAA - so laugh away.

I call R2 a great game. Highly addicting and enjoyable.

No Way3327d ago (Edited 3327d ago )

So why can't Banjo be highly addicting and enjoyable? Get lost..

BanjoKazooieFTW3327d ago

I really don't think you should say that, I've been a banjo fan for as long as i can remember, and though people have said BK: N&B has abbandoned it's roots, it really hasnt. If anything, it's expanded it's roots. Now hear me out before thumbing me down, though you may not believe my arguement because of my name (lol), I think you should give the demo another try, if you have a 360.
Here's why the game actually strengthens the core banjo audience:
1) Its huge on collecting - The banjo franchise has been known for the collecting aspect, and in this game it's extremely rewarding.
2) The game has beautiful worlds and graphics - Banjo kazooie and Tooie were known for this
3) Its rich in humor - Everyone knows this aspect of the banjo franchise. Rare has always had a strange sense of humor and it's very common throughout the game
4) It has Stop and Swop! - This explains itself...

Sorry for going crazy, but I really hate it when another review is posted, and some commenter just immediately blurts out, "FLOP!".
