Modded Controllers Strike Again

Shortly after Call of Duty 4 was released, a certain number of players realized that certain modifications to an Xbox 360 controller would allow the rate of fire from single-shot weapons such as the M14 to be dramatically increased. From buying online, in-store, or with some clever DIY, players everywhere realized the gameplay benefit of modding their controllers. As the Call of Duty 5 beta emerged, these 'Turbo' or 'modded' controllers became increasingly more popular. (Gears of War 2, Xbox 360)
