Cyberpunk 2077 is the only reason I will consider upgrading my PC in 2020 when Nvidia stops exploiting deluded PC elitists or they will risk losing them to PS5's 4k 60fps exclusives.

Vegamyster10d ago

What makes you think the PS5 will be doing 4k @ 60 Fps unless it costs a ton?

4k 60fps? LMAO on console? LMAO! Some decent PCs have a hard time achieving will be the year 2077 before consoles can.

There's barely a noticeable difference, not that W3 needed reworking, it's graphics are pretty good anyway and easily hold up (it's not even that old).

Versus vanilla? The difference is huge. It made the game look drastically better. I don't know if the screenshots properly convey it, but any PC gamer that has played The Witcher 3 without mods and with this texture mod will tell you it really improves the quality of the textures and the visual impact of the whole game.

This is not what I consider a huge difference, I actually have to study both pictures to see the difference.

The difference is nothing I would ever notice when playing..

when you paid north of $600 for your GPU, you will notice differences in detail that nobody else can see

Psychotica10d ago

Well I have 1080Ti that I paid over $700 for and I doubt I would see it..

My game of the gen. Witcher 3 holds a special place in my heart. It looks like the author and CDPR are starting to court each other a little. Makes me hopeful for future Witcher games.

Let's not call a major update "HD" when the original already came out in the HD-era of games.
