looks like nintendo has the biggest issue with the 3DS......down almost 30%?

That doesn't even make sense. Even with 3DS's falling sales, Switch + 3DS sales combined are up YOY. They're the only console maker with overall hardware sales up YOY. If you're talking about individual hardware then the Vuta had the biggest drop.

The Vita has been discontinued there are no new shipments. Hence the steep drop off.
