Damn, maybe they can get the guys over at Hello Games to help turn this disaster around.

King_Noctis1978d ago

They can turn this around by themselves. They did it with Elder Scroll Online and I have no doubt that they can do it with Fallout 76 as well. The question now is how long will they keep supporting this.

Bhuahahaha1978d ago

well i think its not that easy. ESO is really built as an online game
but 76 is just a modify version of fallout 4 that added online play

thejigisup1978d ago

This game would have benefited from not being released alone by this team without a major delay. Hello games has massively transformed No Man's Sky and shows what another year or two could add. I can assure you that hello games would be the perfect team to help bc of what they have been through since 2016. Do you think they would ever let that happen again? If you haven't played NMS or it's not your thing just look up comparison videos or reviews of the original release and see what the game is now. 76 needs that kind of transformation and fast.

Seafort1978d ago

Bethesda Studios has nothing to do with ESO. It was their parent company, Zenimax, that developed it.

zodiac9091978d ago

And it only took them like 4 years to turn Elder Scrolls Online around LMFAO

A cash grab that deserves to fail. If it sells well it will send the message to developers that we want generic micro transaction App style games. Don't let the foreign markets pathetic love of app games ruin it for the rest of the world

SilverDemon1979d ago

Cant wait to get it for free
In 6 months it will be on GwG, ps plus games or free on pc just like destiny w ended. But way sooner

rdgneoz31979d ago

If they give it away for free too soon, they'll have a riot with everyone that bought it for $60 at launch.

chris2351978d ago

why would you even consider playing such a toas for free? reality-check, please.

Sirk7x1978d ago

I'm not even going to waste my time downloading it for free. Better games to play.

jznrpg1979d ago (Edited 1979d ago )

If it was cheaper I’d get it . I anticipate 10-20 won’t be too far off then f2p

Soc51978d ago

Yeah but even at 5 bucks is it fun to wander around an empty wasteland full of bugs? I guess the anticipation is it will be fixed, but in my mind, for Bethesda releasing this buggy mess and for charging 60 I don't think I will give them a dime, there are too many good games out there to waste time with this.

Missing a lootable item was part of the game. Random and chance helped make Fallout so much fun and interesting. This just makes it lazy and disconnected to the simulated events. An interesting feature, but Where are all these veterans that agree so hard?

gigoran812h ago

I'm a fallout veteran since the release of the original, and I don't agree.
