MyGen: SimCity Creator Review

MyGen writes: "SimCity Creator for the Nintendo Wii is a title that emulates traditional SimCity game play, but unfortunately delivers an immensely frustrating and unforgivable experience due to its unnecessary inclusion of Wii specific features.

SimCity Creator involves players creating, enjoying and destroying a city. Sadly though, these first two stages of the game are a painful process. As many know, past SimCity titles have made good use of the financial advisors; however, the Wii version does not. Instead, EA has decided to implement the extremely annoying MySims as the financial advisors in SimCity Creator. The MySims are helpful to a certain extent, but often players will find themselves walking away from the game in disgust due to the gibberish spouted by these characters. The addition of MySims is one of the first examples of unnecessary features undermining the essentials of the game." 5.5/10
