Author Writes: 2018 was a standout year for JRPGs but by all regards 2019 looks like it'll measure up. Here are 10 promising JRPGs to keep your eye on in 2019.
God eater 3 should be in the list at least it's have a release date unlike Code vein lost in development
Very much looking forward to Fire Emblem: Three Houses (and really wish we'd get more info on it, already), and also REALLY hoping we get Trails of Cold Steel 3 around Fall '19.
Both first day buys for me.
Code Vein looks really cool, i'm excited to play it.
No mention of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim?
Just a lot in development. I haven't heard of 13 Sentinels. Looking good?
The guy does know that Lost Soul Aside it's a Chinese action game and not a Japanese one, right? Nevertheless, Lost Soul Aside looks very cool, and it's probably one of the very few genuinely good (and promising) Chinese PS4 games since the majority of Chinese games on the PS4 are..."middling" to say the least (Gene Rain, Ace Banana, Ranch Planet, Unearthing Mars and Weeping Doll are pure garbage, we can all admit that). I mean, at least Shio, Icey and Light Tracer were good but yeah. As for the other games on the list? Definitely excited for the new Shin Megami Tensei, Trails and Kingdom Hearts. I'm a bit skeptical on Digimon Survive though. On one hand, it might be great. On the other hand, it might end up being the "New Gundam Breaker" for digimon.
I just need Mistwalker to do something new
Code Vein and Lost Soul Aside for me.
