Valve is changing the way games with nudity, violence, and sexual content are presented on Steam

Valve has outlined a series of imminent changes to Steam, designed to help more effectively filter violent and sexual content on the platform. While the announcement doesn't contain a verdict on whether previously banned sexual content will soon be re-introduced to the storefront, it does show how Valve intends to deal with similar software into the future.

The story is too old to be commented.

You got good measures you've in place, Steam.

Yawn, didn't they say something about getting back to game development?! This doesn't sound like development of anything.

Great option to give to your users Valve! I already filter out explicit songs on Spotify. Those who like the nudity side of things that's your choice and has been since gaming began. But this is a sweet move to allow families and people who cherish their partners to focus on them, instead of some virtual flesh. Can you watch sports without the athletes being naked or doing something sexy? Can you get served at a supermarket without them being naked or being sexy? Guess what... Surely you can play a game without nakedness or sex too? If you want it, we'll there's plenty of sources... Real life is a great place to start and there's plenty of adult sites which cater for these things.

So can I filter out cheaply made hentai games from the Witcher/Cyberboobs2077 porn or is it all/none?

Why does Uncle Ugly have HuniePop achievements?......
