Independent game and technology studio, 3rd Eye Studios is releasing its zero-gravity space adventure, Downward Spiral: Horus Station on September 18th for PlayStation 4, with optional PlayStation VR support.
"So here we are with Downward Spiral: Horus Station created for us by 3rd Eye Studios. Now this is a new company so it will be interesting to see what they can bring to the table. Lets see shall we?" Roy @ TC
Pure PlayStation: Experiencing zero gravity in virtual reality is almost worth the price of admission in this space exploration game from Third Eye Studio, but it just didn't bring enough of anything else to keep me coming back for more. However, If your poor grades kept you from becoming an astronaut, and your parents couldn't afford space camp, then Downward Spiral: Horus Station may just be the consolation prize you deserve.
GamerKnights did a full review of the new PS4 (with PSVR support) game "Downward Spiral: Horus Station".
More:
"Similar walking sims have a focus on ‘found narrative’ – audio logs left after the fact that you help you piece together the history of the place. But Horus Station tries to do everything with its design alone, and it comes away wanting. I was never sure about Horus Station – the whys and the whos and the what-ifs – only that I was there and that pressing forwards satiated some in-built desire for progress that years of gaming has bestowed upon me."
Wil be getting this just for the VR mode
this will look good in VR
