As a fan of both Left 4 Dead games, I was surprised to see a new game finally show itself that attempts to catch the formula once again. Adventure through several campaigns, grab up to 3 friends (or randoms) and fight through an unrelenting horde to reach your escape. Earthfall does almost exactly what Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 did core mechanic wise but there are a lot of things you are going to notice when comparing the three; some of it is good, while a lot of it is mediocre, and some is just straight bad.
WTMG's Kyle Nicol: "Earthfall is a pretty good co-operative game but the Switch version leaves much to be desired. It’s certainly in a playable state, but the frame rate drops can be pretty heavy, impacting the overall gameplay and your enjoyment."
The company claims that the new patch not only offers a host of fixes and tweaks but also offers enhanced graphics. Have a look at a full mission in action.
Earthfall is a 4-player co-op shooter where a ragtag bunch of survivors band together to fight back against an alien invasion in the year 2032.
