Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo showed us what their company embodies. Because each showcase held such difference in style, who can say who won?
Format 1. Microsoft 2. Sony 3. Nintendo Games 1. Sony 2. Microsoft 3. Nintendo
Agree except nintendo and ms is tied. Anyways can we move on from e3 now.
Sony won easily, the games were that good people thought they were ps5 (death stranding) or fake (The last of us 2), presentation me and nothing to anyone but America which is all show no substance like California.
I honestly couldn't care less about the "style" of the conferences, it's not a fashion show, I'm a gamer and care only about the games announced/shown. Sony topped it for me followed by Microsoft who really surprised me. Nintendo was terrible, Smash will be great of course but, is that it really?
Microsoft showed lotso many muktiplat games that is guaranteed to sell much much more copies on PS4. So their style will eventually benefit PS4. As for Nintendo they are in big trouble. They are down to one platform from two. All their eggs are now in one basket. Everything is going according to plan.
Microsoft had the better conference period. No real debate. Sony had there conference in a church so there fans can pray there way through those banjo and flute musical sessions. 15 minutes of talking intermission so they can bring in the flute player in like this is some broadway musical. Sony`s conference ended as quick as the warriors ending Lebron`s legacy in the 2018 finals.
Sony did have the best games though, so it depends on what you find more important, the format of the show or the games themselves.
Sony had 4 exclusives to Microsoft`s 4 exclusives that were all shown with gameplay. Sonys show still was lackluster next to Microsoft`s. Microsoft had more new announcements and reveals. It was a real conference. Sony`s E3 was lazy.
Microsoft won nothing but "most multiplats shown" that's why Xbox continues to sell like shite on a stick
They had shown and introduced alot of Xbox exclusives as well such as Halo, Forza Horizon, Gear, We Happy Few, Ori, Crackdown, Battletoad, Session, Tunic, and Black Desert. And they shocked the world by revealing the acquisition of 5 brand new studios. Try to be abit more objective man.
@kun we happy few is not an exclusive its still releasing on PS4.
@kun They are all on pc they aren't Xbox exclusive......how thick can people be
@prettygoodgamer We all know those game are on PC. So what’s the arguement here? I am talking about those games being exclusive to Xbox CONSOLE.
I didn’t like their format, and their obsession with musical for their last few E3 is tiring. I hope PSX or their next E3 showing would go back to a more regular format.
I don't care about style, I only care about games, so for me Sony won.
When it comes to what's important Sony's exclusives won.
That's massively irrelevant
Nobody won this year
