PS3 "Recovery Mode" discovered

1ra2, a member of the french website ps3gen.fr, discovered a "Recovery Mode" on his PS3. It's probably a new mode since the last update 2.50

it's supposed that this mode allows you to restore Playstation 3 after a bad update for example.
