Former Take-Two Exec Files Suit

Edge writes: "Entrepreneur and former Take-Two executive Robert Alexander is suing the publisher and its subsidiary, Jack of All Games, for $50 million (£29m), court filings reveal.

Alexander claims that former Take-Two Interim CEO Richard Roedel devised a "ruse" in 2004 to "maliciously" redefine the oral employment agreement between himself and the company, cheating him out of compensation.

Alexander's complaint alleges breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing and unjust enrichment and accounting."
