The Soulsborne genre has become one of the most popular in the gaming industry, and each year, an unknown company likes to throw its hat into the ring for the chance to be the next Dark Souls.

Out of hundreds of hype-inducing music, Furi absolutely destroys the competition with one of the best soundtracks in gaming.
I honestly love Doom's soundtrack as well, but Furi has a way of captivating me wayyyyy more with its music.
The boss fights, the art design and the soundtrack in Furi are amazing. It's one of my favourite games from last gen (has a PS5 version too). "Underrated" is thrown around a lot but this game is definitely underrated.
It’s the reason I bought the game. The game itself is good too. But the soundtrack is superb.
So is Hotline Miami’s.
As a long-time fan of Dark Souls and a current player of Elden Ring, a new game that offers a challenge and unique combat is interesting.
The original "Lords of the Fallen" IMHO is quite a good Souls/Borne game although there are differences.
Basically unlike Souls/Borne games you have only one character (his name is Harkyn) with three differnt classes that in turn can be mixed with different attributes. In addition (unlike Souls/Borne) if you die you have a time limit to pick up your lost experience (there are rare items that can get back your experience immediately) otherwise you will loose it.
There is also a risk/reward system (see the Wikipedia for more details).
Overall the original game had mixed reviews (again see Wiki).
