Kingdom Come Deliverance is out for more than a week, and it had a very successful launch. Maybe not for players who were annoyed by the existing but diminishing bugs, but the sale numbers are great. And the question is simple. Will we get Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 or another Kingdom Come? What do we know so far? What has revealed Daniel Vávra in the Czech TV interview?
"The Höfen-based (Austria) video games publisher PLAION and Prague-based (czech republic) indie games developer Warhorse Studios, are today very happy to announce that their critically acclaimed historical ARPG "Kingdom Come: Deliverance", is now available for the Nintendo Switch." - Jonas Ek, TGG.
Like i thought it can get into the 10's of fps but pushes to 30fps

"As revealed in Nintendo’s first Direct of 2024, the acclaimed historical action RPG," Kingdom Come: Deliverance", is coming to the Nintendo Switch on March 15th, 2024." - Sabre Interactive and Warhorse Studios.
Since they're revisiting this game ... they should do the Lord's work and give us a 60fps patch for PS5 and Series X. ⛪
Nice, don't know how good it can look on the switch but it's a pretty good game, you nintendo only guys in for a treat
Warhorse Studios celebrates a major milestone with their medieval RPG, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, reaching 6 million sales.
Native PS5 and Series versions at 60fps (or even just a patch) would be appreciated.
Some devs don't seem to understand how much extra revenue and buzz they'd generate with a simple 60fps patch.
Particularly this one because it's a first person game with intentionally clunky combat until your character improves which takes time.
It was one where there were some things I liked and some I didn't and I eventually went off it. The quests were good, the world looked great and archery without a crosshair was fun albeit rock hard.
Never really liked the melee combat seem to remember spending a lot of time running away if it was more than 1v1, realistic and no doubt I was crap at it but I still didn't enjoy it. Also struggled finding where to go especially if it needed to be a specific time of day.
Anyway, good to see something unique being successful.
Are you kidding me? We haven’t even gotten the first game working correctly, with a frame rate that’s all over the place and visuals that are subpar for even a late PS3 and Xbox 360 game. Get your first, current game running the way it should have at launch before you start talking about a second game or anything else.
When I see the current game in a patched form that rivals Homefront: The Revolutions(it also uses the CryEngine) 8th patch, meaning a locked 30fps and 1800p on the X, 1440p on the Pro... then I will consider it a success. If they leave it as is, many people will never buy another game from them again. I know they are working on patches, but they have to get them done in a timely manner... if they want a hope of making things right with the gamers who bought it.
I understand that publishers and investors push developers to get a game out the door before it’s truly ready… But the proof of concept comes after the company releases the game and the developer continues working on making it as perfect as they possibly can.
I’m not trying to sound overly harsh, but the game should’ve never released in the state it was originally in and even after the first patch it still has multiple issues, with visuals that are a shadow of videos past. With many investors who originally supported the title feeling a bit misled.
I’m hoping for the best for this title, because the gameplay is good. Everything just needs polish and the visuals need to meet the original vision presented to initial investors in the project. Homefront: The Revolution proved that it can be done in CryEngine. Now its time for War Horse to prove it can be done in their game.
The Kingdom Come Deliverance that has just been released is only Act 1 of 3.
So yes there will be more to come.
It is buggy but so was and still are most of Bethesda games to date like Skyrim and Fallout 4.
It will be improved over time. Despite these bugs I think it's one of the best RPGs to come out over the last few years. It won't beat The Witcher series but it's close.
The devs intend to release Act 2 and 3 within the next 2 years. I backed the game on kickstarter if you are wondering how I know all this. It was all there in the kickstarter campaign.
Jesus the first game just came out give it some time will ya?
Yup
Why not? It looks like this game was actually a pretty big success financially. I'm fully expecting a sequel in the next couple of years.
The game has some great ideas and exploring the world is a lot of fun but, like everyone else is saying it just needs tons of polish. Maybe with a bigger budget a game under their belt the next one can be much better.
