Looks like the SteamWorld train hasn’t quite finished its 2017 route yet. SteamWorld Heist, the immediate predecessor to the excellent SteamWorld Dig 2, comes to the Switch this week. This entry in the SteamWorld game takes place a few centuries after the events of SteamWorld Dig 2 and puts players in the role of ship captain for a jovial crew of space-faring steambots. It’s up to each player to effectively upgrade and customize their recruits in order to take down the various enemy ships they’ll encounter in their travels. Time to start polishing up those bullet ricochet-ing skills, ’cause it just might be time to make a return trip now that the game’s coming to the Switch.
