"There are mods for the Final Fantasy 7 PC version that take it from arguably the worst version of the game to the best way to play while you're waiting for the remake."

It will also be the best way to play afterwards, as the "remake" is not Final Fantasy 7, but that same AAA "everygame" that keeps being released over and over again, with a Final Fantasy 7 skin. I'm interested in playing Final Fantasy 7. If it's not going to play like Final Fantasy 7, then I'll just watch it on YouTube.

There’s more than one pc version, I was under the impression that the newer version on steam was fine.

It works better than the original release on modern systems, but it's still pretty rough. It at least has the music from the PlayStation version though, unlike the first PC release which had a pretty crappy MIDI soundtrack.

Kalkano if it turns out to be a hack and slash I will not even watch it on youtube. People are lining up to take the turn based crown, and more importantly with SWITCH being a console/handheld. All the JRPG's will by default be on SWITCH soon.

And to keep up Sony will get them to convert to PS4 so that they will not get blown away in their home market.

I tried uploading a icon by the way and I can't create a ICON.

I believe the size of the image has to be pretty small. Mine is 58x62. Try resizing whatever you're trying to use.
