MGF Review: Tony Hawk's Proving Ground

MGF writes: "There have been lots of Tony Hawk games, some of them good and some of them bad. This falls in the middle. There's lots of boarding action and some cool tricks, but there is an addictive element too.

Like most boarding games, the developers have gone for a mix between balance and tricks. To perform the tricks you have to input a series of directions using the stick or pad. As you play further you get the chance to buy some more flashy tricks and the direction inputs get quite a bit more complicated. In fact, it took my eyes a while to adjust to the arrows as even though they are a reasonable size, for some reason my brain was interpreting them the wrong way."
