High hopes for this game. London Heist was by far the best experience on the VR Worlds disc, but not enough actual gameplay for my liking. This looks to scratch that itch. I really hope it delivers.

fei-hung2320d ago

Rush of blood was pretty awesome too. I love light gun games and VR is perfect for them. I hope we get a point blank VR game next.

Neonridr2320d ago

yeah I enjoyed Rush of Blood. Anything horror related for me in VR is a must.

Venoxn4g2320d ago

..and House of The Dead, Time Crisis :)

The game looks so fricken fun that I can't wait to play it alongside Ace Combat 7, ZOE VR, Sairento, Rick and Morty, The Accounting, etc.

Blood and Truth looks pleasing on th eye, controls seem easy to use and the developers seem to know that we want a game that gives us that Die Hard, Hard Boiled, Matrix and that British gangster flavor. Lots of interaction with background objects and different paths for good or bad outcomes during communication. And I'm looking foward to some duck and cover action like in the hallway and in the bar. I think Hideo Kojima needs to get on that Metal Gear VR Missions clone for VR to give me that sneaky Snake stealth game after Death Stranding.

PSVR is getting some potentially great content. Which is helping VR as a whole.

Neonridr2320d ago (Edited 2320d ago )

The Accounting is fun, but don't expect it to be more than 15-20 minutes of just bizzaro. It's a one and done experience sadly (played it on PC)

ApocalypseShadow2320d ago

was it funny? As long as it's cheap and not some crazy thing like $40,I can deal with it.Would be great to show others when I'm lugging it around and letting others play my PSVR.

Neonridr2320d ago

@Apocalypse - don't get me wrong, you will definitely laugh at some points but it is very weird.. hard to describe, lol.

You'll see.

TankCrossing2320d ago (Edited 2320d ago )

Accounting is hardly the most sophisticated VR showcase you'll come across, but yeah it is pretty funny imo.

As Neonridr says, definitely one-and-done. Maybe the new PSVR content will attempt to add a little value though (it was a free "experience" on Steam).

thejigisup2320d ago

did you catch the conference? they added a plus, and they expect this to be many hours of fun.

This looks good. Playing with headphones in VR also improves the experience IMO.

Neonridr2320d ago

ear buds are not VR, that's just strange. Headphones are definitely the way to go.

jukins2320d ago

Eh I use a decent set of headphones that came with my galaxy note 8. And as far as vr goes I'd much rather do ear buds than a huge set of headphones AND the vr headset

Neonridr2320d ago

@jukins - I just feel that earbuds don't do a good enough job with surround sound which helps with immersion. I use my wireless golds. Yeah it's a bit clunky (I like the integrated audio of say the Rift for example), but it gets the job done.

TankCrossing2320d ago (Edited 2320d ago )

Ear buds are fine for virtual surround. You just need decent ones.

In fact Oculus released a set of reasonably high-end ear buds as an upgrade for their very respectable included headphones.

Neonridr2320d ago

@TankCrossing - yeah, I honestly never tried the included earbuds with the PSVR, so perhaps they are better than I am giving them credit for. As I said, I just prefer my over the ear wireless golds.

I actually rather enjoy the included headphones on the Rift.

5 Best PSVR Games That Need PSVR 2 Ports

Alongside big hitters like Horizon Call of the Mountain, Gran Turismo 7 and Resident Evil Village, PSVR 2 is already home to some of the best PSVR games and experiences, like Moss and Tetris Effect. Better yet, some ports like Job Simulator, Song in The Smoke and Pistol Whip offer free cross-generation upgrades if you bought them for the original PSVR.

There are many PSVR titles we’d love to see leap onto PlayStation VR2. Here's our pick.

True indeed. Great picks. I'd also like Raw Data remastered, LA Noire, Iron Man, Arch Angel, Mortal Blitz and many others. We'll see what gets ported over time.

SullysCigar415d ago

There are so many that would benefit from a PSVR2 facelift with all the bells and whistles.

To add to your list, I'd also like: Hitman 1-3, Xing: The Land Beyond, The Room: VR, Red Matter, Farpoint, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, The Persistence, To the Top, Until You Fall, Arashi: Castles of Sin, Sniper Elite VR, Fracked, Dreams - I'm sure there are loads I've forgotten!

IAMTHEVOID415d ago

To add a sixth game to that list I need on ps vr2 is Vader Immortal

Abnor_Mal415d ago

Did anyone ever play Robinson: The Journey?

Oh and to add to the list I’d definitely put Bravo Team up for porting to PS5. I don’t understand why that game got so much flak when the only problem was the camera zooming out from first to third person when you had to move locations.

Other ports I would like to see wake its way over at some point would be DWVR, Immortsl Legacy, The Mages Tale, Killing Floor Incursion. Never played although I know I own them Unearthing Mars1/2 and Budget Cuts. Doom and Skyrim VR I’m not holding my breath on but would be nice.

EverydayJoe413d ago

I did. Was a beautiful game for its time.

MIDGETonSTILTS17415d ago (Edited 415d ago )

I would just add SUPERHOT.

Great list otherwise.

I’d easily pay $10 for an upgrade for any of these games, or full price for a vr2 version if I don’t own it yet.

Idc if the games are brand new, just as long as they work for my new headset.

Please update and take my money, devs 💰

Waiting for another Extended Play sale so I can get the Dead Cells DLC.

Anyone know if the Little Nightmares DLC shows up in those sales?

monkey602574d ago

The first little nightmares dlc? I've been watching it a while myself. Seems the DLC rarely goes on sale anymore. Its cheaper to but the complete edition when that goes on sale

Knushwood Butt574d ago

Yeah, the first one.

I see. I played through the main game via PS+ Extra and am now trying to get the DLC.

Anghellic574d ago

always over priced you can find better deal other places
