TSA writes: "It’s time, as Bruce Buffer usually states, to get to grips with what EA are bringing to the mat when it comes to UFC 3. A beta kicked off this week, giving players access to a few portions of the game, including local multiplayer, online multiplayer, and UFC 3’s Ultimate Team mode. Along with that is the practice mode which helps players get some knowledge of what to expect in what could be considered a bit of a refresh for the franchise."

His rise to becoming one of the eminent and probably one of the most relatable sports stars in the world is a fascinating rags to riches story of dedication and perseverance. Or he’s a talented idiot with a big mouth. Either way, it’s unlikely anyone else will follow quite the same path into the increasingly commercialised UFC, but I’m sure that many people can dream of it, and what are video games if not dreams made reality?"
Played the beta, and apart from moving when striking and a few minor stamina changes, the game looks exactly like UFC2. The biggest change is the way the menus look. Safe to say I'll be buying it preowned. No doubt I'll play it a lot because it's the only mma game we have.
The beta was a 6/10 for me. Re-used models, rings, crowd, commentary etc. Fuck you EA.
TSA writes: "UFC is a growing brand in sports these days, building itself around the ferocity of the mixed martial arts combat and the personalities of those fighting and rising up through the ranks. On numerous occasions, the outright favourite has been upset in dramatic fashion, and it’s only served to increase the interesting the sport."
