IGN TGS 2008: Dead Rising: Chop Til You Drop Hands-on

IGN writes: "A short demo of Dead Rising: Chop Til You Drop for the Nintendo Wii was playable at TGS 2008 with, according to Capcom, tweaked controls. A revamped version of the original Dead Rising released on Xbox 360 in 2006, the game has been modified to accommodate for the Wiimote and nunchuck controls.

In case you're totally unfamiliar, Dead Rising challenges players to escape a mall infested with zombies. As photographer Frank West, players are able to use whatever happens to be lying around as a weapon, be it a bat, chainsaw, or shower head. For as violent as the game is, it's also quite humorous, and caters to fans of pulp horror and anyone who's ever seen Dawn of the Dead."

The story is too old to be commented.

Who said the Wii was not a next gen console. I counted 10 to 12 enemiess on screen. Sure the 360 version had about 100 but that did have the quality of the Wii version. I can not wait to buy this version since 100 enemies was to much for me to handle. Maybe this time i can complete the game.
